It’s as simple as that,” Snitker said. “We got beat by a really good club that has a penchant for it this time of year.”___AP MLB: https://apnews.com/hub/mlb。    \B- विधि विभाग से परामर्श लेकर दाखिल होगा न्यायालय में जवाब\B राज्य ब्यूरो, देहरादून। विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग में शिक्षकों की वरिष्ठता विवाद से उपजी स्थिति को देखते हुए सरकार ने अंतरिम पदोन्नति देने का निर्णय लिया है। अंतरिम पदोन्नति पाने वाले शिक्षकों की डीपीसी कोर्ट के निर्णय के बाद होगी, उन्हें अन्य सभी पदोन्नति लाभ मिलेंगे।,इस संबंध में शिक्षा मंत्री डा धन सिंह रावत ने अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की मंशा है कि पात्र शिक्षकों को शीघ्र पदोन्नति का लाभ मिले ताकि शिक्षण व्यवस्था प्रभावित न हो। करीब आठ साल से 39 हजार प्रधानाचार्य, प्रधानाध्यापक, प्रवक्ता और सहायक अध्यापकों (एलटी) की पदोन्नति ठप है।,डॉ. रावत ने विधानसभा स्थित सभाकक्ष में विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक में स्पष्ट किया कि वरिष्ठता विवाद का मामला न्यायालय में लंबित है, ऐसे में अंतिम निर्णय आने तक अंतरिम तौर पर पदोन्नति देने की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि विधि विभाग से परामर्श लेकर न्यायालय में ठोस व तथ्यात्मक जवाब दाखिल करें।,शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि पदोन्नति नहीं होने से विद्यालयों में शिक्षण व मूल्यांकन कार्य प्रभावित हो रहे हैं, इसका सीधा असर छात्र-छात्राओं पर पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को सभी औपचारिकताएं शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि सरकार शिक्षकों के हितों के प्रति संवेदनशील है, किसी भी स्थिति में शैक्षिक कार्यों में व्यवधान नहीं आने दिया जाएगा। अंतरिम पदोन्नति व्यवस्था लागू होने से न केवल शिक्षकों को लाभ मिलेगा, बल्कि विद्यालयों में शैक्षिक वातावरण भी सुदृढ़ होगा।。
