Photo: Chinese Embassy in the PhilippinesChinese and Philippine law enforcement authorities recently worked together to apprehend and repatriate a fugitive surnamed Tan, who is suspected of fraud and concealing or disguising criminal proceeds, according to the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines on Monday.
Tan was a core member of a cross-border criminal group that had long engaged in telecom fraud, money laundering and other criminal activities in Vietnam and Laos. He had been placed on wanted lists by public security authorities in multiple places in China over cases involving more than 10 million yuan ($1.48 million).

B | 具体做法如下：一、全面排查，不留死角。下属各农批市场对场内存量大白菜实施拉网式排查，逐批溯源，并同步开展抽样检测，确保风险隐患早发现、早处置。经核查，截至目前，未发现来自涉事康保县的问题白菜。二、严格检测项目，严把准入关。
C | 自8月22日起，在严格执行“每批必检、先检后售”、索证索票等常规准入制度的基础上，针对所有进场大白菜增加甲醛专项检测项目。三、动态监测，持续严控。
D | 截至当前，所有大白菜甲醛检测结果均为阴性，暂未发现农残和甲醛超标情况。上海蔬菜集团表示，下一步，将持续跟踪事件进展，对下属市场保持检测力度不减、索证索票工作不放松，一旦发现不合格产品，将按照市场管理制度严格处置，切实保障本市蔬菜供应质量安全，维护人民群众餐桌上的安全。
